The Geese Project recently concluded the second batch of the Geese Mentality Leadership workshop, held on August 29-30, 2024, at F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City. Designed to empower Filipino professionals with the leadership skills needed to excel globally, the workshop introduced participants to a culture-based leadership model rooted in Filipino values. By the end of the two-day program, attendees emerged as confident, purpose-driven leaders equipped to make a global impact, guided by the principles of unity, adaptability, and collective success.

In Matthew Smith’s article, "The Urgent Call for More Human Leaders," he highlights the importance of slowing down as a key practice for leaders to foster deeper connections and achieve a more sustainable, balanced life.

In Cheryl Robinson’s article, she emphasized how the simple act of saying “no” can be used as a strategic leadership tool. It challenges the conventional belief that leaders must always say “yes” to succeed.

This article by Benjamin R. Punongbayan explores whether certain Filipino cultural traits, such as risk aversion and the "puwede na" mindset, may be hindering economic development while highlighting the potential for cultural change.

Richard Caballero, founder of the Geese Project, was honored with the "Best Presentation Award" at APM LEADCon 2024: Sustainable Futures, held from July 3 to 5, 2024, in Manila, Philippines. His exceptional presentation in asset performance management earned him a scholarship for a professional development course from Erudite Reliability Services OPC. This recognition underscores his significant contributions to the field and the inspiration he provided to his peers at the conference.

The recently concluded Geese Project Workshop, held on July 8-9, 2024, at the Richmonde Hotel in Ortigas was a remarkable success, with senior executives and managers from various industries represented in this inaugural leadership workshop.
