Born in the Philippines, Richard grew up deeply immersed in Filipino culture — shaped by its values of family, resilience, and community. For more than four decades, he has lived and worked overseas, building a global career across 50+ countries and six continents, leading multinational teams and complex organizations at scale.
Over a 25+ year international career, Richard has held senior and executive leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Corel, Ingram Micro, Aimetis, and Digifort. At Hewlett-Packard, he was selected into the company's prestigious LEAD Program, reserved for the top 1% of high-potential leaders worldwide. At Ingram Micro, he pioneered and led the Canadian Managed Services Division and was awarded the Global Award of Excellence, the company's highest individual honor.
