Most platforms charge per course. GPLI is a subscription — a fixed fee per user for unlimited access to the whole library. The catalogue is deliberately weighted toward soft skills and organised by business function, so what someone learns on Monday is usable on Tuesday.

No. GPLI is offered to companies and organizations only. Individual purchases aren't available at this time.
Two packages. Basic covers the core library of 100+ courses without certificates. Premium adds the audiobook version of every course, the 20+ course Leadership bundle, and a Certificate of Completion for each course issued by the GP Leadership Institute in Toronto. Each course runs about 2 to 2.5 hours, split into roughly 10 short modules so people can learn in small blocks. You can stop, resume and repeat any course during the subscription term.
Yes, on the Premium package. Learners who complete and pass a course receive a Certificate of Completion from the GP Leadership Institute in Toronto, Canada — usable in performance reviews, development plans, or on a LinkedIn profile.
Yes. Every module includes knowledge checks, and learners need at least 80% on the final assessment to earn the Certificate of Completion.
Yes. The platform reports on user progress, quiz results and completion rates, with further reporting available depending on what you need.
Yes. Courses can be assigned by role — new manager, sales rep, HR lead — or by development goal, such as building critical thinking or improving emotional intelligence.
Yes. A new course is added every month at no extra cost to existing subscribers, and updated versions of the existing catalogue upload automatically.
On a limited basis. We can set up a test account so you can try the platform and two sample courses. Every GPLI course follows the same structure, so the samples are representative of the full library.
One year, renewing annually. You can cancel at any point during the term, but subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time, and add users at any point during the subscription. Downgrading isn't available mid-term.
No. GPLI is licensed per user and sharing logins may result in suspension. A licence can be transferred to another employee if the original user leaves the company.
Yes. Every company works with a Client Support Associate to get their team set up, with ongoing help through the Support Forum.
Annual payment upfront by credit card. Quarterly billing is coming and will be charged automatically at the start of each quarter.
