Makati City, Philippines — June 16, 2026 — Asia Pacific College (APC), a leading private tertiary institution in Makati City, Metro Manila, and The Geese Project (GP), a Toronto-based international leadership development organization, today announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deliver the GP Leadership Accelerator Course (LAC) to APC's fourth-year students beginning July 14, 2026.

The Leadership Accelerator Course is a five-week, 20-hour pre-internship program designed specifically for students on the cusp of entering the professional world. The LAC covers a rigorous curriculum drawn from the Geese Project's proprietary 3/4/12 Leadership System — encompassing traits such as Integrity, Work Ethic, Excellence, Resilience, Critical Thinking, Innovation, Discipline, and Conflict Management, culminating in a Capstone Leadership Project.

The MOU establishes a formal institutional framework governing the delivery of the LAC and future programming between the two organizations, reflecting a shared commitment to equipping the next generation of professionals with the leadership skills demanded by industry partners across sectors.

"At Asia Pacific College, we have always believed that academic excellence must be matched by real-world readiness. This pioneering Leadership Accelerator Course, taught over five transformative weeks, will not only prepare our students for the professional workplace — it will instill in them the fundamental leadership skills they need to become global leaders in their chosen fields. We are proud to be part of this journey with The Geese Project and are confident this partnership will have a lasting impact on every student who graduates from the LAC."

Tata Medado, President, Asia Pacific College

"Asia Pacific College is the first educational institution in the Philippines to truly recognize leadership as a core skill — not a soft add-on, but an essential competency every graduate must carry into their career. That recognition is extraordinary, and it is exactly the kind of bold thinking that changes industries. We are honored to bring the Leadership Accelerator Course to APC and to partner with an institution that understands that the leaders of tomorrow are built today."

Richard Caballero, Founder & CEO, The Geese Project
