The Geese Mentality Leadership Program is a leadership workshop designed to enhance Filipino leadership effectiveness through deep self-awareness and understanding of one’s own cultural legacies and how it shapes and impacts our behaviors as Filipino leaders.

The program is designed for emerging and existing experienced Filipino leaders and managers across various industries who are looking to elevate their leadership skills to world-class levels and accelerate their leadership effectiveness to their organizations.

Core objective of the program is to transform Filipinos to world class leaders, by providing them the right skills and more importantly, the “right mindset” to excel at their leadership roles.  By elevating the leadership skills across all industries and sectors, it will positively impact our companies, communities and country.

The program typically takes 2 days for Level 1 and 4 days for Level 2, with the online version spanning several weeks.   Higher levels of the program can take several months towards a Professional Leadership Certification, should the participant be interested in pursuing higher level leadership competencies and learnings.

Yes, participants receive a “Certificate of Completion” from the GP Leadership Institute of Toronto Canada.  They will also receive credits towards a Professional Leadership Certification.

The curriculum covers the 12 Leadership traits that one must master to achieved leadership effectiveness as a Filipino.  It was purposedly designed to create a development roadmap for leaders to elevate their skills and accelerate their journey towards becoming world-class leaders. 

The program includes interactive self discovery exercises, group discussions, leadership assessment, culture-based methodologies, and real-world leadership examples and applications.

Yes, we offer customization options to align the program’s content with the specific needs and goals of different organizations.  For example, some organizations would like to focus and get a deeper learning only on the 3 Challenge Traits instead of all 12 Leadership traits.

The program’s emphasis on culture-based traits and how it impacts the Filipino leadership style and effectiveness, sets it apart from traditional leadership training programs. The result is a sustainable character transformation versus short term behavior modification.

Our facilitators are experienced global leadership practitioners and industry experts with extensive experience in leading international teams as a Filipino.

Participants can expect to develop stronger leadership capabilities by learning how to Optimize their Power Traits, Improve their Challenge Traits, Capitalize on their Aspirational Traits and Strengthen their Foundational Traits.

Yes, we offer both in-person and online version to accommodate participants from various locations and with different scheduling needs.  Please ask us about the online version of the program.

Yes.  Although the curriculum content is primarily Filipino culture-based, it can benefit a non-Filipino candidate if they are interested in understanding what influences the Filipino leadership style and behaviors.  Take note that the focus of the content is primarily Filipino leadership traits, and a non-Filipino may not be able to relate to some of the concepts.  All the programs are delivered and conducted in English.

The natural flying behaviors of the Canadian Geese serves as a powerful metaphor for effective team management and leadership, emphasizing collaboration, shared responsibility, mutual support, and the importance of positive encouragement within a group.
