Geese Project’s Geese Mentality Workshop Graduates Its First Batch of Filipino Global Leaders
The recently concluded Geese Project Workshop, held on July 8-9, 2024, at the Richmonde Hotel in Ortigas was a remarkable success, with senior executives and managers from various industries represented in this inaugural leadership workshop. The event, which took place over two days, saw these leaders being transformed into world-class leaders through the mastery of the GP 12 Leadership Traits.
Participants were put through numerous self-reflection and self-awareness exercises that enabled each one of them to better understand their leadership style and tendencies. The Geese Project Leadership Assessment Test provided a baseline analysis on each participant’s leadership profile on the GP 12 Leadership Traits.
One of the standout aspects of the workshop was the collaborative learning environment. Participants noted that they learned as much from each other as they did from the esteemed facilitators. The interactive sessions fostered a sense of community and mutual growth, enabling attendees to share their experiences, challenges, and insights. This peer-to-peer learning approach not only reinforced the workshop’s teachings but also helped build a network of support among aspiring leaders, ready to support each other through their leadership journey.
Richard Caballero, Auie Macapaz, and Aljor Perreras facilitated the 2-day workshop and their combined expertise provided a well-rounded perspective on leadership, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
