New Batch of Filipino Leaders Emerges from the Geese Mentality Workshop

The Geese Project proudly announces the successful completion of the second batch of the Geese Mentality Leadership Workshop, held on August 29-30, 2024 at F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). The intensive two-day event produced a new cohort of Filipino leaders, all equipped with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the global landscape.

Led by Richard Caballero, Auie Macapaz, and Aljor Perreras, the 2-day workshop brought together professionals from diverse industries, united by a shared goal of enhancing their leadership capabilities. Through a blend of interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and real-world case studies, participants were introduced to the Geese Mentality—an innovative leadership framework inspired by the collaborative and resilient nature of migratory geese.
The event featured interactive sessions on emotional intelligence, strategic decision-making, and cross-cultural communication, with special emphasis on how leaders can apply uniquely Filipino values in a global context. By the end of the workshop, participants expressed a renewed sense of purpose and readiness to lead with impact, no matter where they are in the world.
Participants also had the opportunity to connect with mentors and peers through structured networking sessions, fostering a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Testimonials from attendees highlighted the transformational nature of the program, with many praising the personalized feedback and actionable insights provided throughout the workshop.
