Dr. Luis Ramon V. Rodriguez brings unparalleled expertise in healthcare, business development, and strategic operational management. An ENT-Head and Neck Surgeon and a medi-preneur, he is the Founder and Chairman of Karl Group Holdings Corp and serves as President of several subsidiaries, including Zammeds Medical System, Philippine Medical Depot, Innovare Techne System, JAR Medical Networkers and Mobile Diagnostic Services, International College of Allied Health Sciences and Technology, Inc. (ICAHST), KarlMed Medical Group, and BigMed Medical Ventures.
Dr. Rodriguez has played a significant role in shaping the Philippine healthcare landscape. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Metro Pangasinan Hospital and Medical Center and President of Catanduanes Doctor’s Hospital. His expertise extends beyond national borders, serving as an advisor and panelist at prestigious international healthcare events such as the Malaysian Healthcare and Pharma Expo, Taiwan Healthcare Expo, Medical Fair Asia, Medlab Asia and Asia Health, Philippine Medical Expo, and Philippine Healthcare and Pharma Expo. Dr. Rodriguez also spearheads various non-governmental organizations as the Founding Chairman of the Medical Device Association of the Philippines (MDAP), the United Clinical Laboratory Association of the Philippines (UCLA-PH), and the Philippine Society of Clinicians and Biomedical Engineers (PSCBE).
With over three decades of executive and operational experience, Dr. Rodriguez’s expertise in strategic operational management, performance measurement systems, quality and productivity, business process improvement, business development, and organizational development will provide invaluable insight in guiding the leadership development initiatives of the Geese Project.
Joining Dr. Rodriguez is Jack Madrid, a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of experience in strategy, digital innovation, and business transformation. As the President and CEO of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), he plays a critical role in ensuring the country retains its position as the global technology outsourcing capital. Under his leadership, Roadmap 2028 was launched—a strategic plan to create over 1 million new jobs in the IT-BPM industry by 2028, generating $59 billion for the Philippine economy.
Jack is a strong advocate for Filipino talent and employee well-being, leading IBPAP’s efforts in workplace flexibility and hybrid work models for the BPO industry. His impressive career spans leadership roles at Citicorp, Ayala Corporation, Dell, Yahoo!, and MTV Asia, where he successfully drove corporate growth through meaningful customer experience strategies and business transformation. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Jack brings a global perspective in shaping corporate culture, leadership, and innovation.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Jack is a WSET Diploma candidate, a French and Italian Wine Scholar, and a columnist for Bilyonaryo.com, writing “The Vines that Bind.” He also serves as a TV news host on “TechWeek with Jack Madrid” on BNC.
